Return & Refund

Eligible for return:

• Incorrect or damaged items. Returns must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5 business days.

Non-returnable items:

1. Items outside the 7-day return window.
2. Washed, worn, used, or damaged items.
3. Incorrect personalization information provided by the customer.

Partial Refunds:

• 50% refund: If the customer’s address is incomplete, resulting in the items being returned to us.
• 30% refund: If the items were delivered but not received by the customer. Please contact your local post office. If there's no resolution, a partial refund will be issued.
