For added peace of mind, we offer a 7-Day Returns policy for non-personalized items that arrive in poor condition or are damaged during shipping. Shop confidently and enjoy a worry-free experience!
Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns are not accepted under these conditions:
- Items beyond the 7-day warranty period.
- Items that have been washed, worn, used, or damaged by misuse.
- Custom-made or personalized items can only be returned if they are defective or incorrect.
- If incorrect personalization details or address information is provided, items are non-returnable and non-refundable. We can, however, offer a discount for reordering. Please double-check your information when placing an order.
How to Return Items
- Contact our customer service team, specifying the items you wish to return and the reason.
- Follow the instructions provided, repackaging the items in their original packaging.
- Include your order number in the parcel. (Go to My Account, view your Order History, select the order number, and include it in the package.)
- Drop the parcel at your local post office and provide our team with the return tracking number.
Return shipping typically takes 10-15 business days, plus 5 additional days for processing upon arrival at our Fulfillment Center. We will email you once your return or exchange is processed. Please do not return items to the address on the package as this will delay processing.
Refund Timeline
- Credit Card: Allow 7-14 business days for processing.
- PayPal: Refunds typically appear within 48 hours.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that you provide a detailed address when ordering. If the logistics provider cannot locate your address due to insufficient detail, and the item is returned to us, a partial refund of 30% will be issued.
If tracking indicates delivery but the item is not received, contact your local post office. In cases of non-delivery after local inquiry, we offer a partial refund of 30%.
Return Shipping Costs
Our return policies are structured to provide value to all customers. Note that:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, which are non-refundable.
- Confirm return shipping fees with your local post office and consider using registered airmail for cost-effectiveness.
Order Cancellation
Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment are fully refundable. For cancellations after 24 hours (if not yet shipped), a 30% cancellation fee will apply.
Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. Color or size changes within the order do not require cancellation. To cancel, please email support@giftscheer.com.
