Liability
Our company will not be liable for any injury or damage arising from the use of our products, individually or in combination with others, once an order is accepted. We are not liable for errors in delivered quantity unless the buyer notifies us within five days of receiving the shipment, along with the original signed transportation bill. If the claim is valid, our company may choose to either fulfill the quantity needed to make up the difference or credit the buyer for the invoice price of the shortage.

Taxes and Import/Export Licenses
Prices do not include taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer unless a valid exemption certificate is provided or our company is prohibited by law from collecting such taxes. Securing import or export licenses is the responsibility of the buyer.

Applicable Law
These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

Arbitration
If any disputes arise and remain unresolved for more than 30 days, both parties agree to submit the matter to the Ireland International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission. Arbitration will follow the Commission’s rules in effect at the time, and the arbitral awards are final and binding on both parties.
